Shipping policy

At Lil Nyra, we ensure your little one’s essentials reach you safely and quickly.

We ship orders across India.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery time is generally:
- 3–5 business days within Tamil Nadu
- 5–10 business days for other states across India
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to courier or location-related delays.
If your order is not delivered within 3–4 weeks, we will provide a full refund or replacement support.

We offer exchange/replacement only for verified manufacturing defects.
To request an exchange, customers must share:
- Clear product images
- An unboxing/opening video immediately after delivery
Exchange requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Customers are requested to carefully check the size, color, and product details before placing the order.

We do not offer returns or refunds if you simply dislike the product after delivery.
Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
For approved exchanges, customers may need to send the parcel back through courier. Courier charges will be reimbursed or supported by our team for verified manufacturing defects only.
